Brad is excited to come on board to help facilitate DCJS training. Prior to coming to Commonwealth Training, Brad was the Assistant Training Manager at Colonial Shooting Academy. Brad has ran his own training business for over a decade and is a DCJS and NRA certified Instructor as well as a Level II certified HSI Instructor

With his tradition of service to others Bruce uses his graduate and masters degrees to help others further their careers.
Bruce also brings decades of experience as a Paramedic to the table.
Bruce is a DCJS, NRA and HSI Level IV Certified Instructor.

Willie is a retired ICE Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officer, and was also a Senior Firearms Instructor for 19 of his 26 years with ICE.
Willie was also a member of the USMS Task Force for 6 years.
Willie has been a certified NRA Instructor since 1994 and is also a DCJS instructor.

In addition to working as an instructor for a security company providing training for a Federal Protective Services contract, Will is a certified DCJS and NRA Instructor. Will brings many years of real world security experience to the team, with to his time of working in different roles of the security industry, he has also worked Armed Security on a federal contract.

In addition to his service as a Marine, Reese has over 25 years experience as a Henrico County Police Officer, in many different roles, from SWAT to Firearms Instructor and more.
